Non-Refundable Deposit
 

All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking to secure date, with the remaining balance to be paid in full no later than 5 days prior to the event date, at end of business day (5pm)

If the event is less than 5 days away, full payment is required. Reservation is First Come, First Serve basis. There are no holds without a deposit.

Full payment must be received before services are rendered.

The Customer agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit/invoice by the due date specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices will result in immediate cancellation of the event.


Payment methods
 

 

Acceptable payment methods include: All major credit and debit cards.

Cancellations

A 7 day notice must be given for all cancellations/changes via written email. Failure to do so may result in a loss of deposit. If canceled, the event must be rescheduled within 30 days from original reservation date upon availability.

LIMITED TO ONE CANCELLATION ONLY.

It is the Customer's responsibility to contact guests if the party has been canceled or rescheduled. Any need to reschedule more than once will result in a new non-refundable deposit.

 

In case of inclement weather ie: heavy rain, thunderstorms, snow or high winds, Customers will have to reschedule upon availability. Due to high demand, an offset of services/products may not be available however, we will do our best to accommodate any similar services/products. 

Balloons will be delivered regardless of weather. 

Delivery

Delivery times will vary depending on schedule. Delivery will take place between 10am-4pm and will be discussed between Customer and Three Little Teepees prior to the event date.

If Customer fails to be present at time of delivery, the event will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

Restrictions/Damages

Strictly NO PETS are permitted on any items provided by Three Little Teepees. Any pet hair or pet urine found on mattresses, fabric, sheets etc., customers will be charged a fee to replace damages.

Strictly NO SMOKING is permitted near or inside any items provided by Three Little Teepees. Any smell of smoke, burns or ash will result in a fee to replace damages.

NO SHOES, NO JUMPING and NO CLIMBING on any equipment or items provided by Three Little Teepees.

Three Little Teepees is not liable for accidental damage caused by you or your guests. If any item is damaged, charges will be applied to cover replacement costs.

Any monetary tips will not be considered as damage replacement costs.

 

Upon Arrival

Please be sure the setup area is clear of any sharp objects and debris. We are not responsible for moving any items/furniture belonging to Customer. If space is not ready for setup, a late fee may occur.

Please have all pets secured in a safe location away from the setup area.

Please restrict access for children during setup to ensure products do not get damaged or tampered with and services get completed in a timely manner.

Adult Supervision

It is the Customer's duty to supervise children at ALL TIMES. Equipment is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old.
 

In the case of purchasing balloons:

CHOKING HAZARD.

Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons.

Adult supervision is required at all times.

Keep away from pets.

Customer is responsible for discarding balloons after pickup.

Bell Tent/ Glamping Rental

All Terms and Conditions apply to our Bella rental. In case of inclement weather conditions, please discontinue use as soon as possible. Three Little Teepees is not liable for any damage to Customer's/guest's personal belongings.

The bell tent must be secured by ALL rope, guy lines and stakes within sturdy ground for best results. If you have plumbing/sprinklers throughout the yard, please advise Three Little Teepees before arrival.

Bell tent is water resistant and not waterproof. Rain/water may cause slight leakage.

ALL ANIMAL WASTE MUST BE PICKED UP PRIOR TO SETUP. Otherwise, we will not proceed with setup.

Three Little Teepees is not liable for any damage or injury to customers or guests. Lines/rope may be considered a trip hazard. RUNNING, CLIMBING and PULLING is PROHIBITED.

Signatures

This contract must be signed electronically via email. We will send an electronic document and it may be located in the

SPAM folder. Electronic signatures count as original for all purposes.
